Claudette Guinn moved to Florida from Quebec Province of Canada in 1958. Claudette was involved in Jupiter Investments and Land Developments selling Jupiter Farms, Ranch Acres, Wind in the Pines and many more "new" communities way back in the 1970's. Claudette Guinn moved to Florida from Quebec Province of Canada in 1958. Claudette was involved in Jupiter Investments and Land Developments selling Jupiter Farms, Ranch Acres, Wind in the Pines and many more "new" communities way back in the 1970's. There are too many communities to mention here that Claudette Guinn was a part of them when they were fledglings and kept her eye on the long-term goal of serving the community well to be the Jupiter that we love today. Her entire real  estate career has been in the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound area. Her two sons were born and raised here in Palm Beach County.

In 2016, Claudette was bestowed the "Realtor Emeritus" status by National Association of Realtors. This status is awarded to Realtors who have set a high standard of the Code of Ethics for a period of forty (40!) years. Dreaming of retirement, 7 years ago, Claudette closed her office, Oceanside Realty, but very soon found out that she couldn't leave her wonderful clientele who kept reaching out to her for her professionalism and skills with their real estate needs. She missed the business and the real estate world in Jupiter missed Claudette. Friends asked, "thought you were retiring" but now more recently say, "whatever you are doing that makes you happy, keep doing it". And Claudette is enjoying what she does SO WELL.
