Hi, my name is Linda Agnolucci and I love selling real estate.

I came to south Florida in the late 70’s from Monessen, PA which was a small steel-mill town south of Pittsburgh.  The town was filled with folks who lived for sports and gambling and it’s claim to fame was being written up in Life magazine in the 50's as "The biggest little gambling town in the U.S.

My background is Management Consulting.  I worked for over 20 years with a large multi-national company headquartered in London where I had the fortune to work in many departments including finance, sales, marketing, human resources and administration.  I also spent time as a consultant working on client projects in the U.S. and Canada.  My favorite assignment was integrating a consulting firm the company bought in Vienna, Austria into our systems.  I spent two weeks a month for a year in Vienna with travels to Prague, Munich, Budapest and Barcelona.  That was truly a great year!

I have always loved music and have sung with Masterworks Chorus of the Palm Beaches and The Robert Sharon Chorale.  We give several concerts locally a year and every two years we take a trip to Europe to tour and give several concerts in different countries.  I've also had an opportunity to go to Carnegie Hall twice and sing with 200+ members of choral groups from all over the country.  Stepping on the stage at Carnegie Hall is an experience I will never forget.

I am a person who relates well with people.  My background is devoted to helping people adapt to change and buying or selling your home is one of the biggest changes you can make in your life.  I have been successfully selling Real Estate since 2005 and hope you will contact me so that we can meet and talk about your specific needs.

Linda Agnolucci Earns NAR Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification
Sellers and Lenders Benefit from REALTOR® Expertise in Broker Price Opinions

Jupiter Florida September 23, 2014 — Linda Agnolucci with Jupiter Lighthouse Realty has earned the nationally recognized Broker Price Opinion Resource certification. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the BPOR certification to REALTORS® as evaluating properties depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the valuation assignment from all pertinent perspectives.

“As the real estate market evolves we are seeing more demand for broker price opinions, and it’s imperative that REALTORS® are knowledgeable and educated about how BPOs work, as well as the risks involved,” said NAR President Moe Veissi, broker-owner of Veissi & Associates Inc., in Miami. “The BPO Resource certification not only adds value to the services provided by REALTORS®, but also it helps practitioners grow their business.”

“BPOs: The Agent’s Role in the Valuation Process” is the required one-day course that provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to reduce risk and increase opportunities to create professional and accurate BPOs. In addition to completing the course, participants are required to take a Webinar. Once awarded the certification, REALTORS® will be eligible to receive BPO orders as a preferred provider.

In addition to providing members with the opportunity for BPO business, BPO Resource will explore the multiple uses of BPOs, how they can and cannot be used, and how to filter and select comparables to create expert and precise BPOs.
