Hi, my name is Linda Agnolucci and I love working with people as they go through the process of buying or selling real estate. First, let me tell you a little about myself. I came to south Florida in the late 70´s from Monessen, PA which was a small steel-mill town south of Pittsburgh. The town was filled with folks who lived for sports and gambling and its claim to fame was being written up in Life magazine in the 50’s as “The biggest little gambling town in the U.S”. My background is Management Consulting. I worked for over 20 years with a large multi-national company headquartered in London and had the good fortune to work in many departments including finance, sales, marketing, human resources and administration. I also spent time as a consultant working on client projects in the U.S. and Canada.
My favorite assignment was integrating a consulting firm the company bought in Vienna, Austria into our systems. I spent two weeks a month for a year in Vienna with travels to Prague, Munich, Budapest and Barcelona. That was truly a great year! I have always loved music and sang with a community choral group called Masterworks Chorus of the Palm Beaches for 20+ years. Now I am singing with the Robert Sharon Chorale. We have traveled to Ireland, Austria and Spain to sing in several venues. With the Masterworks group I got to travel and give concerts in Madrid, Avila and Barcelona and Prague. I’ve also had an opportunity to go to Carnegie Hall twice and sing with 200+ members of choral groups from all over the country. Stepping on the stage at Carnegie Hall is an experience I will never forget. I am a person who relates well with people. I am devoted to helping people adapt to change and buying or selling your home is one of the biggest changes you can make in your life.
I have taught the Real Estate portion of a day-long seminar to First-time home buyers who are requesting down payment assistance from Palm Beach County. These classes were not only fun to do, but they also gave me an opportunity to meet and talk to people who were buying their first home.
I was named “Rookie of the Year” my first year as a Realtor with my first Broker and the following year I was named Top Producer by Volume; #1 in his North Palm Beach office and #3 Top Producer company-wide. I was among the ‘Top 10’ agents company-wide for that Broker with the number of closings the following year. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I have received training and have the following designations: CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert); SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource). This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
